POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an outstanding Administrative Associate to join our team and support the faculty, researchers, and staff. You would be responsible for independently managing a wide array of administrative tasks within Energy Sciences Directorate (ESD).

Note: This is a non-benefits eligible temporary-nonexempt position (work at 50% full-time equivalent or more), not to exceed 980 hours in six consecutive months.

CORE DUTIES*:

  • Processing P-Card transactions, requisitions, reimbursements, and general administrative support.
  • Event planning and execution, calendar management as well as provide high-level administrative support in the department. Support will be broad and may include activities such as supporting research staff with onboarding, coordinating, and publicizing in-person and virtual events for the Center.

The expected pay range for this position is $21.08 – $58.00 per hour. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory/Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position.
