Position Overview:

A day in the life of an Ergonomist will include using your clinical knowledge and our training to provide industrial and office ergonomic assessments as well as assistance with overall health and wellness. Our primary goal is to develop strong relationships and assist in the overall well-being of the working athletes we serve.

This position allows for a unique opportunity to provide as-needed ergonomic expertise to many clients in the South LA area. Job Duties:

• Create and maintain positive relationships
• Conduct real-time Ergonomic Evaluations & Body Mechanic Coaching
• Deliver in-depth ergonomic assessments, reports, and solutions
• Be the Subject Matter Expert and deliver customized Education & Training presentations
• Conduct Post Offer Employment Testing, Physical Demands analysis, and other client-specific assessments
• Accurate and timely electronic documentation and support of client-specific reports

Qualifications:

• Education in athletic training, kinesiology, exercise physiology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or related field
• Ergonomic Certification or related training
• Must meet the physical demands of on-site work needs; ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds, frequent standing, walking, sitting, and or squatting

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in office or industrial ergonomics; 3 or more years preferred
