We focus on developing and maintaining relationships to create long-lasting and repeat donors.

The core function of the Entry Level Client Associate is to meet directly with prospective donors and provide customer support, field customer inquiries, educate our community in reliance on our Client's mission, and record donations at each event collected as needed. Our entry-level client associate will work closely with our award-winning management staff to complete training. With extensive guidance, each entry-level client associate should thrive independently, and in a team environment once training is complete. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, our client associates must be personable and professional.

Entry-Level Client Associate Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact and represent both our charity partners and our firm with a positive attitude while engaging with donors to discuss the action plan of our charity partners' mission
  • Share creative ideas and resolutions to drive revenue through increased customer engagement for the client's donation goals
  • Perform market and territory research to understand better our communities and study surrounding competing fundraising firms
  • Excellent negotiation and closing techniques to secure new repeat customers
  • Track campaign success from the front stages to become more aware of marketing techniques
  • Illustrate our partners and brand with the utmost professionalism and integrity

Entry-Level Client Associate Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required/Associate's Degree strongly preferred but not required. We will happily train a strong applicant for this position
  • 1+ years in a Customer or Client facing role escalating questions to supervisors or management is preferred
  • Work efficiently alone and with a team to meet individual and company-wide goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask while being simultaneously organized
  • Be self-motivated and have the desire to motivate others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,100.00 per week
