JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a growing custom Treehouse construction company looking to bring on carpenters to expand with us. Most of our work is prefabricated in our central Petaluma studio. We build wall panels and components for sculptural treehouses that often have odd angles and building methodologies.

Once you are familiar with our team and how we work there may be opportunity to join our installation crews around the Bay Area and occasionally out of state, if interested. We are hiring for various other positions as well such as welders, riggers, climbers, architectural designers, and a project manager so please get in touch if you think you might be a match for any of the other positions.

Must be willing to work full time in our Petaluma studio.

QUALIFICATIONS & DESIRED SKILLS

-Some carpentry experience
-Self-starter with the ability to both work independently and be a team player
-Time management and ability to self-prioritize workload a must
-Ability to multitask several projects at once
-Well organized with a positive and motivated attitude towards work and problem solving
-Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES ARE A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED...

- Entry level to expert knowledge of rigging, and residential construction materials and methods
- Ability to navigate and translate computer modeling / design to construction
- Experience in the field of custom home construction
- Apprenticeship or technical degree in related field

Weekday availability
Ability to show up on time and ready to work M-F 9a-5p at our downtown Petaluma studio.
