ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are currently searching for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Revenue team. Your primary focus will be to ensure strategic K-12 districts are aware of Reading Horizons, have been exposed to our method, and achieve new customer acquisition revenue goals. If you have passion, knowledge, and expertise in account management, excellent communication and time management skills, are self disciplined and trustworthy, then we would love to hear from you.

  • Collaborate with VP Sales to Identify Key Accounts.
  • Devise in-depth account strategies that drive significant revenue (both short term and long term) for Reading Horizons and impact your accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment around top-level strategies and drive the execution and delivery against that strategy.
  • Cultivate deep partnerships with your clients through thoughtful and persistent discovery of account problems, and consistent delivery of value against priority challenges.
  • Become the leading expert at Reading Horizons for each strategic account to inform other teams and team players.
  • Leverage deep product and market knowledge to build trust with customers and influence their buying decisions.

You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

  • Utilize Bachelor's degree in Professional Sales, Business Administration or related field.
  • Demonstrating 10+ years professional experience managing K-12 strategic accounts is highly desired. (If not in K-12 for other impact-driven organizations).
  • Successfully manage Revenue pipelines in excess of $20M.
  • Prove your ability to lead large, complex accounts work cross-functionally.

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you'll be accountable for hitting the following measurables:

  • Oversee contract renewal and upsell discussions with existing strategic accounts.
  • Manage pre-RFP and RFP response efforts in those systems to secure multi-year revenue streams.
  • Lead and grow a portfolio of K-12 strategic accounts.
