Job description
- The Enrollment Specialist will facilitate the pre-employment activities of service line new hires.
- Serve as point-of-contact for new hires, internal and external stakeholders, and partner agencies.
- Respond promptly to all inquiries regarding the enrollment process.
- Collaborate with the Compliance team to confirm all documentation and pre-employment processes are completed accurately.
- Work with external stakeholders on the Program Participant’s Plan of Care (POC).
- Ensures the delivery of outstanding and highly responsive customer service, both internal and external, with a high degree of flexibility and creativity.
- Initiates and follows up on all pre-employment and enrollment processes, documents, and activities to ensure completion and accuracy of paperwork according to regulatory compliance.
- Assists in process analysis to design/redesign various process issues to ensure that processes are customer-focused, consistent, effective, and efficient.
- Tracks, monitors, and reports to finalize employment applications.
- Identifies and implements and/or integrates technologies needed to automate enrollment processes.
- Continuously audits new hire packets and requests missing documentation/information from necessary stakeholders.
- Communicates with Enrollment Team Lead on any information received from Authorized Representatives, Support Coordinators, or SDEs regarding the participant’s care or needs.
- Seeks continuous improvement of the onboarding process.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associate's degree and/or one (1) year of experience in HR/Onboarding/Recruitment and/or customer service.
- Knowledge of recruiting and new hire onboarding processes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong computer skills utilizing MS Office Suite; capable of learning new software/programs.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and confidentiality by HIPAA regulations.
