Description:
RF Design Engineer II
The RF Design Engineer will work with the RF Design team to create new build RFDS, modification RFDS, 5G RFDS and/or designs for various programs. They will also create and manage the CQ process for all modification and new builds. At times the RF Design Engineer will be also be tasked with other RF Design tasks related to the network.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
Atoll Experience (proficient in use of the tool)
Experience with Ericsson, Nokia or Samsung RF Hardware (proficient in one vendor).
Experience with RFDS creation and RFDS modification. (Previous demonstrable experience)
Experience with creation of CQ. (CIQ)
Experience with LTE design st***gies and implementation.
Creation of RF Plumbing diagrams.
Understanding of RF Systems (hardware, cabling, antennas, misc. hardware).
Understanding of spectrum allocation and application to RF design.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work virtual from an offsite location (sufficient internet connection required).
DESIRED SKILLS:
Previous Client design experience.
5G Design experience.
Automation or coding ability.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
BSEE preferred but proven experience completing RF Design can be substituted.
