Join us as a Customer Support Specialist!

In this position, you will work with customer service in writing (emails and chat) and orally (by phone). In this job position, you would have to advise people through the phone about food orders and other concerns customers or restaurants and couriers have. You will have a chance to grow together with one of the fastest-growing start-ups in Europe and work with a product that is right now available only in Estonia. You can contribute to helping this project expand worldwide in the future.

What we are looking for:

• Excellent Estonian writing and speaking skills (C1 level)
• Good English writing and speaking skills (at least B2 level)
• Good Russian writing and speaking skills (at least B2 level)
• Good computer skills
• Multitasker
• Someone who prioritizes customers, always willing to solve their problems
• Someone who is willing to constantly improve
• Someone who is able to start on 6th of February 2023!
