Elevation E-Commerce Energy Consultants provide next level sales to our customers. The E-Commerce Energy Consultant’s responsibilities include creating and conducting client appointments, proposing Energy Efficiency solutions, and signing new deals. Ultimately, an exceptional E-Commerce Energy Consultant can demonstrate excellent customer service, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills at all times within this role.

Essential Functions:

• Collecting and analyzing client’s current energy data.
• Educating clients on alternative energy resources.
• Identifying and evaluating viable options to reduce client’s energy consumption.
• Assisting in the initial planning of new energy projects designed to lower utility costs and protect the environment.
• Managing clients through the installation process to ensure customer satisfaction and referral opportunities.
• Keeping abreast of the latest developments in the renewable energy market.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service or sales support experience required. Experience in the renewables (solar) industry a plus.
• Strong computer skills and experience working with MS Office. Salesforce experience a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales leadership across the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements?

• This position is performed in a standard office/in-home environment.
• This position will operate more than 50% of the time in a stationary position.
• When not stationary, this person will need to move about the office/in-home environment to access filing cabinets, office machinery, printers, etc.?
