Dump Truck Driver / Equipment Operator / Laborer

A CDL Class-A license is a must for this position. Experience in excavation/construction is preferred but we will train the right person. Ability to operate skid steer and excavator a plus. Must be willing to perform duties other than driving if needed.
Pay: competitive pay based on experience/skill level and is negotiable. Opportunity for overtime.
Location: home base in Hinesburg, VT with most jobs located within the Chittenden County area. Typical day 7:00-3:00 Mon-Fri with overtime opportunities.

Job duties/Requirements:
- CDL Class A
- Haul-loaded tag trailers to and from job sites
- Haul mostly gravel, stone, & sand to and from job sites
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Competently follow daily duties and instructions.
- Assist in installing septic systems, digging foundations/backfilling, installing drainage systems, landscaping/sloping, and demolition.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment (excavator & skid steer) preferred.
- Operate hand and other power tools, compactors, surveying, and measuring equipment.
- Clean and prepare job sites, dig trenches, lay pipe, load and unload heavy objects, and perform basic equipment maintenance as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
