$300 retention bonus paid at the end of summer for college students with other bonuses of up to $1000 paid during the course of the season. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Food service experience is a plus. Our concession manager, Richard Grounds, is looking for hard working and dedicated employees to be part of his team to make the Tri-Way Drive-In Theatre the entertainment destination for 2023, especially with our live band performances on Saturday night 2 hours before the start of the movies.

This is a part -time position, but could develop into a full time position especially after Memorial Day weekend for those individuals who are hard workers. Movie lineup for 2023 looks exceptionally good. Also looking for a shift manager with additional pay offered to those that qualify.

Employees at the Tri-Way Drive-In Theatre main objective is to help make the customer feel welcome with fast, friendly, and efficient customer service.

As a team member, you will help prepare and serve various food and drink items to our guests. In addition to serving the customer, you will be responsible for: Operating the cash register, keeping food items stocked, and cleaning the counters, equipment, and condiment areas. Other responsibilities include cleaning the theatres before opening each day and after each movie showing, and cleaning bathrooms.

Benefits include free movies after a probationary period, additional bonuses paid on exceptional weekends and on other designated weekends, and free popcorn and drinks (Bring your own cups) when you are working.

Interviews are conducted on weekends (during operating hours) and in person. Please complete are assessments exams on the application. .
