Trove Home Care is growing in Charlottesville and looking for an experienced RN to help lead our exceptional team of caregivers. Trove Home Care offers premium non-medical care services for clients in a home-based setting by attracting Central Virginia’s most compassionate caregivers with industry-leading wages and best-in-class training opportunities. Job Duties

• Meet with prospective clients in their homes to perform intake assessments.
• Create and manage electronic care plans for all clients.
• Monitor daily care logs completed by caregivers to anticipate and/or resolve issues.
• Work with the Chief Scheduler to create optimal care teams based on each client’s needs.
• Communicate with caregivers prior to their first shift with a new client to clarify any questions about the care plan.
• Support new caregiver orientations.
• Host PCA training classes for aspiring caregivers, as needed.
• Oversee the agency’s online training platform, assigning and auditing curriculum to ensure annual training requirements are satisfied.
• Conduct occasional supervisory visits with clients and facilitate performance reviews for caregivers.
• Manage and advise the agency’s infectious disease policy, including COVID-19 protocol.
• Participate in weekly team meetings.
• Remain on-call during business hours, and occasional weekends, to address issues related to care plans.

Professional Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• Registered Nurse with a valid license in the State of Virginia.
• Proficient with technology
• Excellent bedside manner, customer contact skills, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure from clients and time pressures of business needs.
