The Director of HR Systems will report to the Global Head of People Services and Insights and be responsible for a world-class, enterprise-wide HR technology ecosystem.

In this role, you will:

• Build strong relationships across the People Organization, IT, and Vendors to ensure that HP is gaining the full value of current technology platforms and making the right investments for the future
• Manage an HR tech ecosystem that includes HCM, ATS, CRM, LMS/LXP, Talent Marketplace, and more
• Understand and monitor the HR technology market and drive investment recommendations
• Partner with HR Centers of Expertise to understand stakeholder needs and drive systems roadmaps to enable HR strategy
• Manage a global team including project managers, system analysts, security analysts, and other roles responsible for the successful implementation of HR technology solutions, global systems governance, and end-to-end user experience

Education and Experience Required

• First-level university degree in Business, MIS, or IT. Advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 12+ years in human resources and/or human resource systems experience with significant strategic experience, including senior management influence

To land this role, you will also need to have:

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and system solutions; knowledge and experience with Workday is preferred
• An active understanding of the HR technology market
• Experience managing a multi-level organization
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Strong leadership and staff development skills
• Proven ability to build partnerships across various functions and to develop and deliver on a collective vision and goals
• Strong communication skills with executive audiences – written, oral and presentation
• Ability to manage complex administrative processes concurrently
• Ability to effectively manage an operational budget
• Strong consulting and influencing skills
