Job description
The Director, Finance & Administration will lead all day-to-day finance and administration operations for a $4 million private, non-profit organization based in Essex County, NJ. This is a terrific opportunity for a passionate leader with seven to ten years of accounting and finance experience, to help strengthen and grow an organization with over 50 years of providing outstanding behavioral health services and programs to our community. While doing so, the Director will also personally develop and grow as an executive and leader, by partnering with an experienced, committed and talented senior leadership team. She or he will report directly to the CEO and ideally have experience in a complex nonprofit that has multiple programs, funded by fee for service (Medicaid and private insurance), grants and individual and institutional development revenue. They will supervise the finance staff and have responsibility over accounting, budgeting/forecasting, program profitability reporting, billing and accounts receivable, accounts payable, human resources, payroll, and grants administration. The Director, Finance & Administration will work with the Clinical and Program Directors and the CEO to ensure that The Bridge has the systems and procedures in place to support effective program implementation, operations and monitoring and make certain that we are well-positioned to meet all fiscal and licensing audit and compliance requirements. They must be able to work under deadlines pressures, changing priorities, and resource constraints typical for nonprofit organizations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
