PPEP Integrated Care is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Direct Support Providers
to work on the weekend overnight shifts. Get 36 hours in 3 days and make a difference in supports to individuals with developmental disabilities in the Casa Grande area. $1000.00 sign on bonus for full time staff. Paid out over first 90 days of full time employment!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or G.E.D
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and MVR clearance to gain agency approval and must be able to drive if required by position.
• Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be 21 or older with an approved MVR to drive/transport.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Level I Fingerprint Card and Background Clearance.
• Ability to successfully complete all required training.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

One year of college studies involving nursing, sociology or psychology.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
Must be fully ambulatory and able to frequently lift, push and pull up to fifty (50) pounds.
