Job Duties:
- Coach, advise, participate, and partner alongside adults with intellectual disabilities and/or other developmental disabilities with care and daily living skills in a residential setting
- Lift, bathe, clean and feed individuals served
- Some housekeeping required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preffered, but not required
- Related experience preferred, but not required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing and walking for extended periods of time; hand dexterity; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl; listening to sounds both near and far
- Occasionally sitting required
- Frequently lift and/ or move more the 100 pounds
- Specific vision ability required to include close vision, distance vision, color vision and depth perception.
