Job Summary/Description:

Do you have strong Intermediate to Advanced computer skills? Would you like to be part of the exciting world of Digital Media and Digital Marketing? Are you a self-starter who likes the challenge of learning new computer skills and software in a fast-paced and competitive industry?

The CBS7 Media Group in Odessa-Midland is looking for a Digital Sales Coordinator to join our team of professionals and assist the Digital Sales Manager in developing, coordinating, scheduling, and maintaining Multi-platform Digital Marketing Campaigns for local and regional customers of the CBS7 Media Group, a Gray Television Affiliate.

The idea candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Assisting, working closely with, and reporting directly to the Digital Sales Manager
• Providing support to the CBS7 Media Group Account Executives by expediting the creation, scheduling, implementation, and maintenance of Multi-platform Digital Marketing Campaigns.
• Working closely with the CBS7 Media Group Sales and Creative Services staff.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Strong computer skills – proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products (Acrobat, Photoshop, etc.) preferred.
• A willingness and ability to learn several new software types and packages that will be used on a daily basis in this position.
• Good written and oral communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate details of campaigns or digital platforms to individuals who may not be as technically oriented or computer-literate.
• Be familiar and comfortable with the major social media and digital platforms – Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, typical websites, mobile apps, search engines and file transfer applications.
• Have and maintain a professional appearance.
• Be a team player, able to get along well in a group environment of other CBS7 Media Group employees of various skills and with varying responsibilities
• Have a strong Customer Service Ethic – be willing to “go the extra mile” and follow-up with any required effort to meet customer needs and expectations.
