About us

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on diesel mechanic to join our team in the beautiful Gallatin Valley area. We have specialized in preventative maintenance and quality repairs for over 25 years.

We are looking for a reliable individual with a mechanical background who is self-motivated, able to work under direction, has excellent communication skills, can approach problems with a positive attitude, and work independently.

Job Description and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preventative maintenance on heavy –medium duty diesel truck and trailers, motor homes and buses.

• Maintenance on brakes, differentials, transmissions, electrical systems, abs systems, and a/c systems.

• Perform electrical diagnostics, basic welding, inspect and repair brakes, and general shop maintenance.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years on the job experience and or education equivalent with heavy duty diesel trucks (semis/tractor truck, trailers).

• Must obtain own tools and proficiency with maintenance and repair tools, equipment and basic knowledge of shop safety.

• Be physically able to work overhead for long periods, kneel, climb or lay under trucks repeatedly.

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
