Now hiring Die Cast Operators in Sparta, MI!
Trillium Staffing is now hiring for multiple 1st and 2nd shift Die Cast Operators, working full time.
Pay rate for 1st shift is $17.50/hour., and pay rate for 2nd shift is $18.50/hr. 1st shift works M-Th 5am-3:20pm and Fridays as needed 5am-1:20pm.
2nd shift works Monday - Thursday 3:00 pm - 1:20 am and Fridays as needed 1pm-9:20pm. Bonuses are available for meeting attendance standards.
This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity in 60 days for the right candidates! The candidates will operate any die cast and/or trim press machine as assigned, visually inspect parts for defects, detect and report improper operations, diagnose and perform minor repairs, set die halves and trim dies. Selected candidates will wear and use all appropriate PPE including steel toe boots.
