Responsibilities and Duties

• Run efficient and profitable department
• Manage hiring and training
• Lead activities to keep customers coming back
• Supervise cost controls, safety & compliance
• Provide the energy to motivate staff
• Evaluate and Understand CSI processes - driving the results.

Qualifications and Skills

• Service Management experience at the dealership level is required
• Professional appearance
• Strong communication skills
• Able to sell/recommend service
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Pass a drug test (Marijuana Positive will fail)
