This position is fully REMOTE.
- Coordinate and process application package documents associated with franchising matters (ownership changes- including Buy/Sells, location changes, DBA changes, corporate reorganizations, General Manager changes, open points, etc.)
- Review all application package files for completeness, accuracy and consistency
- Create and update time-sensitive documents for all franchising-related transactions, including Audi Dealer Agreements and exhibits thereto
- Proactively communicate major franchising matters to internal stakeholders to allow proper business planning on a forward-looking basis
- Prepare and present monthly franchising updates, highlighting primary changes that occurred
- Conduct dealer performance analysis as key input into network strategy activities
- Perform additional administrative duties including submitting invoices and sending monthly reports
- Communicate specific transactional matters to state DMV agencies, as required
- Present a professional image to our field and dealer partners and follow up quickly on any questions or concerns
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Pre-Law, or related field.
- 2+ years professional work experience in relevant arena. Automotive industry preferred.
- Experience with review, organization, documentation, and development of legal and other contract-related documents
- Proven ability to communicate and work productively in a team environment with multiple stakeholders.
