SHIFT: 1st shift; Monday-Friday; 7am-3:30pm
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Track and provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports showing departmental metrics.
- Effectively communicate with the team regarding daily tasks.
- Ability to multi-task and be extremely detailed on all written and verbal communications/documentation.
- Maintain records and follow-up with al! on-going operations related issues.
- Manage and maintain records of cross-dock exceptions.
- Troubleshooting, communicating, and following up on issues to the team
- Monitoring inbound and outbound trailer accuracy
- Tracking and reporting OS&Ds, requesting, and tracking necessary replacements.
- Creating and implementing standard operating procedures to properly complete job functions.
- Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company to help avoid unsafe or hazardous working conditions. Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed on all written and verbal communications/documentation.
- System knowledge preferred for HubWM, PKMS, CCU!, SanFran3, AMS, and WCC/OMS.
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge - including Outlook, Excel and knowledge of how to process Certificate of Insurance.
- Strong customer service skills: ability to deescalate customer frustrations.
- Working knowledge of how to update and void Return Authorization Numbers.
- Working knowledge of how to create/update Return OrdersWorking knowledge of Inventory accounting report (how to pull report and research, PCNURECON, PUDs, RESPU).
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and be a fast learner.
- Ability to communicate to customers, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner.
- Working knowledge of how to process High Profile Customer Orders.
- Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team - performing other duties as necessary.
