Data entry/ Payment Processor position will require strong attention to detail, a high level of quality, strong problem solving skills, dependability and demonstrated priority and time management skills. You will be assisting to perform a wide variety of routine clerical work in support of the assigned department. Provide Support to Collectors and Management. Perform a wide variety of general clerical work including copying, scanning and data entry. You will have public interactions with consumers in order to assist in processing their payments to complete the entry transactions accurately and efficiently while assuring security, safety, and proper cash handling procedures.Act as a versatile teammate, as you may need to learn all service roles in order to fill in where help is needed.

• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Basic to Intermediate computer skills – ability to scan documents, save files and rename files
• Perform basic math such as counting and calculating change
