Job description

We're interested in hiring a Data Entry Clerk who will be responsible for entering, verifying and promoting the company's products on a variety of different platforms. The Data Entry Clerk will often be paired with other team members to ensure overall product promotion is accomplished, and must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, a high level of energy and the ability to enter data quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and print proposals and corresponding profit analysis. Analyze report for accuracy.
• Prepare and print purchase orders.Typing speed.
• Check receiving log daily and mark goods received on designers preferred form of follow up.
• Maintain job schedules with input from Design Assistant and Designer/Project Leader.
• Responsible for all filing and upkeep of client notebooks. (i.e. Construction and furniture books).
• Maintain client files.
• Process job orders and delivery tickets for client deliveries.
• Order memo samples and track same.
• Any other miscellaneous data entry support as needed.
