RPI Group, Inc. is searching for a Cybersecurity Specialist to provide support to the Camp Lejeune, NC (CLNC) Public Works Department (PWD). The ideal candidate will have a strong Vulnerability Assessment and Cybersecurity experience. This position will be located on-site, with situational telework options.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Cybersecurity Specialist should be able to demonstrate the following knowledge and/or experience:
- Demonstrated knowledge of critical infrastructure protection and resilience with emphasis on system design, mission and needs assessments, requirements identification and management and alternatives analyses.
- Assist with cyber security designs, implementation, vulnerability identification, and mitigation techniques and procedures that will aid the customer in securing critical infrastructure systems against current and emerging threats.
- Participate in the assessment and incident response of critical infrastructure/OT systems to develop attack and defense methodologies for ICS designs.
- Experience with compliance/vulnerability/risk analysis tools (e.g., STIG viewer, Tenable/Nessus, Nmap, Splunk, Dragos).
- Experience conducting compliance assessments/validations including STIG compliance.
- Assist with implementing security systems and architectures.
- Assist with integrating cybersecurity controls into the system architecture in accordance with all mandatory directives and instructions to achieve and maintain the DoD cybersecurity assessment and authorization (A&A).
- Familiar with governance, risk and compliance.
- Familiar with Operational Technology (OT).
- Knowledge of System Administration processes and tools.
- Knowledge of Networking operations.
- Experience in workflow development and optimization in regard to infrastructure solutions.
- Knowledge and experience with the Marine Corps RMF and authority to operate process.
- Applied knowledge in security policy and standard operating procedure documentation and creation.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum of three years’ experience
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Ability to maintain an active Secret security clearance and successfully pass a background investigation.
- Clean driving record with the ability to receive favorable results during annual DMV record checks, to operate company vehicle.
- IAM Level I certification (Security+)
