Position Purpose:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Security Operation Center (Threat Intel / Red Team / Blue Team) - the Cyber Threat Intelligence team develops scalable programs that deliver timely, actionable insight and recommendations to key stakeholders. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for gathering, analyzing and disseminating actionable intelligence for informed decision making across corporate strategy, cyber security risk management and product planning as well as cyber defenses.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of the MITRE ATT&CKĀ® framework
  • Experience conducting Adversary Emulation assessments
  • Experienced in incident response support
  • Familiarity with Dark Web Monitoring of enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with Threat Intelligence Platform deployments and optimization of those platforms
  • Strong experience working with threat intelligence sharing communities
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a large mission-critical environment
  • In-depth understanding of adversary tools, tactics, and procedures
  • Deep understanding of software vulnerabilities, and the proactive identification of vulnerability intelligence
  • Deep understanding of computer network defense and associated tools
  • Demonstrated expertise in threat modeling

  • 100% Deliver Execution, Plans & Aligns, Develop Others - Collaborate across teams to reduce vulnerabilities, risks and incident management; Drive execution of solution delivery; Guide teams in strategy, alignment, analysis and execution to ensure priorities objectives/deliverable are met; Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to direct reports

  • This position typically reports to Sr. Manager or Director
  • This position has 6-10 Direct Reports
Travel Requirements:
  • No travel required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of previous leadership experience
Minimum Education:
  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
