All Storage is looking for a motivated, outgoing professional with superior customer service skills to fill the full-time position of Customer Service Rep (CSR). Our CSR will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face. Our main goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. CSRs must be able to work independently and will split work time between inside the office and outside on the grounds.

CSR responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Selling, showing, and leasing storage units
• Preparing, maintaining, and processing U-Haul rental trucks
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within certain time limits; following up to ensure resolution
• Achieving team sales objectives
• Cleaning and upkeeping our lofty curb appeal standards
• Managing billing and account collection
