Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer orders into QuickBooks system
- Verify order details such as product codes, quantities, pricing, and customer information
- Ensure timely and efficient order processing
- Updating Pipeline with Appropriate Information
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline or CRM system with relevant customer and order information
- Record order status, shipping details, and any changes or updates related to the order
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the pipeline
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding their orders.
- Address customer concerns, inquiries, and requests related to order status, tracking, delivery, or product details.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
- Identify and resolve order discrepancies, such as pricing discrepancies, product availability issues, or shipping errors.
- Collaborate with the appropriate departments, such as sales, inventory management, or shipping, to resolve issues and provide satisfactory solutions to customers
- Document and track order issues and resolutions for future reference and improvement
- Computer proficiency
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Experience in using Excel and Quickbooks
- Ability to be self-motivated
- High energy and must possess effective critical thinking
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong internal and external customer orientation.
- Good customer service skills
- Must be authorized to work in the US
