Institute for Brain Potential (IBP), www.ibpceu.com, is the leading provider of accredited programs on the brain and behavioral sciences for health professionals. Our non-profit organization has presented seminars since 1984. Our Los Banos office is open 24/7 and we are currently seeking Registration Assistants for the following shifts:

FULL TIME

Thursday - Monday, 1:30pm - 10:00pm (includes weekend hours)

Monday - Friday, 9:30pm - 5:30am (overnight hours)

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Answer inbound calls within a call center environment while accurately entering data into our registration system.
• Data entry of mail and fax registrations.
• Correspond with customers via email in a professional manner and with excellent grammar skills.
• Effectively resolve customer issues in a timely manner, taking ownership of the inquiry from the beginning and following through to the customer’s resolution.
• Process customer payments, including collection of unpaid registrations.
• Process seminar packets such as notating attendance.
• Upselling our distance learning materials while processing a phone registration.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Swift and accurate typing skills.
• A positive, professional, self-motivated attitude is essential.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – must understand the importance of teamwork.
• Previous experience in an office position with general office knowledge.
