Diesel Direct is hiring for a full-time Customer Relations Representative in Dallas, TX!

Job Summary:

Customer Relations Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. The primary goal is to work with salespeople to increase sales of the company's products and services while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships: One of the most effective ways to retain customers is to build strong relationships with them. Outside sales representatives can achieve this by understanding their customers' needs, providing personalized service, and staying in regular communication.

Provide excellent customer service: Providing excellent customer service is another critical factor in customer retention. Outside sales representatives can do this by responding to customer inquiries promptly, resolving any issues quickly, and consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Offer incentives and promotions: Offering incentives and promotions can help to keep customers engaged and loyal to your fuel company. This could include discounts for repeat purchases, loyalty programs, or other types of rewards.

Focus on value: Customers are more likely to stay with a company if they feel they are getting good value for their money. Outside sales representatives can emphasize the value proposition of their company's products and services, and work to demonstrate the cost-effectiveness and benefits of choosing their company over competitors.

Regularly check in: Even after a sale has been made, outside sales representatives can stay in touch with customers to check in on their satisfaction and offer ongoing support. This can help to build trust and demonstrate a commitment to customer success.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Prospect and qualify new customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing sales people to achieve excellent customer interactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer retention and loyalty
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales forecasts and budgets
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate and current customer records in the company's CRM system
  • Ensure open communications between operations and the customer and seeing to timely delivery of products and services to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers before, during, and after the sale
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as needed

Working Conditions: The CRR typically works from a local office, but spends a significant amount of time traveling to meet with customers. The role requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work outside of regular business hours when necessary. The job may also require lifting packaged goods and materials.
