Our team develops, organizes, and carries out fundraising events for nationally recognized 501 c-3 nonprofits in the Baton Rouge area. We are excited to bring on new clients in the coming months and are hiring additional Entry Level Customer Relations Specialists to help make it happen.
The Entry Level Customer Relations Specialist is a critical part of our local business development and event team, ensuring the success of each of our community-based events. The ideal candidate will be able to follow instructions independently and be able to follow all compliance requirements during the duration of each fundraising event. The Entry Level Customer Relations Specialist will have the opportunity to cross-train with multiple divisions, including but not limited to; business operations, human resources, sales, events, and client management.
Entry Level Customer Relations Specialist Responsibilities:
- Work with senior Client Managers to facilitate community-based fundraising initiatives
- Convey our client's message clearly and eloquently to drive revenue generation
- Participate in sales opportunities as a means of driving revenue
- Engage with customers, answering any questions or concerns
- Cross-train with various divisions, including business operations and client management
- Maintain event organization, keeping a clean space and accurate inventory tracking
- Participate in training and development opportunities at our office to accelerate one's growth into upper management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our clients and their outreach initiatives in the local area
Entry Level Customer Relations Specialist Requirements:
- Experience in client services, client management, business management or a similar role preferred
- Some college coursework preferred
- Extremely comfortable with interacting directly with clients and customers on a consistent basis
- Eager to jumpstart their business career
- Excited for an opportunity to develop your personal and professional skill-sets
- A natural leader with a passion for helping others
- Self-accountability is a must
- Organizational abilities are strongly encouraged
- Able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- A love of learning and continuously expanding your business knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $500.00 - $900.00 per week
