Job Description: Onboarding & Support Specialist 1
The Onboarding & Support Specialist’s primary responsibility is to provide exemplary onboarding, user, and account support to our customers, vendors, attorneys, and internal stakeholders, therefore, optimizing customer satisfaction and retention as defined by our company policies, standards, and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
1) Level 1 User Support Issues for Customers, Jurisdictions, and Vendors
a) Platform related
b) Service related
c) User errors
d) Track to resolution
2) Level 2 & 3 Support Issues
a) Monitor Issues for Resolution
i) Escalate
ii) Track
iii) Resolve
3) Onboarding Support for Customers, Jurisdictions, and Vendors
a) User setup and training
b) Property
c) Level 2 Operations Support
d) Level 2/3 Platform Support
4) Account Administration
a) Service Agreement Amendments
b) Compliance updates
c) Pricing modifications
5) Preferred Skills
a) Customer Service & Support Experience 2-3 years
b) CRM experience a must, preferably with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
c) Microsoft Office Advanced
d) Strong verbal and written communications
6) Education
a) Associates degree preferred
