SUMMARY:

iVox Solutions is looking for Customer Dedication Representatives to join our team. Our Outbound Customer Dedication Team reaches out to existing customers with courtesy retention sales calls to ensure customer satisfaction regarding their internet, cable, and phone services. This includes providing customers with promotional offers, discounts, protection plans, and opportunities to improve their business.

You will use active listening skills to understand customer concerns and work to provide them with solutions. In this role, we expect you to show problem-solving, conflict resolution, empathy and white glove customer service skills. Applicants will receive hourly pay AND commission! Applicants should have advanced experience in Sales, customer support, and issue resolution as well. We will provide training on the products or services offered so you can educate customers on the true value.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Execute assigned inbound/outbound calling designed to increase customer loyalty and dedication, drive new account acquisition, and improve satisfaction.

· Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on knowledge of product capabilities and limitations

· Influence customers and potential customers on merits of doing business with the client.

· Handling customers as well as determining and solving their concerns

· Establishing and keeping new and existing client relationships

· Maintain order information, phone, or other activity logs/reports as required

· Maintain confidentiality of all customer and Company records, account numbers, or any other verbal or recorded transactions as required through compliance

  • Complete understanding of the featured products and benefits.

  • Possess a high-energy level and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bi-Lingual is preferred

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

· One plus years experience in a call center related environment preferred

Background in Sales

· Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques

· Proficient verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

· Exceptional listening and analytical skills

· Proficient spoken and written English and/or Spanish

· Ability to type 25 wpm

· Punctual, meticulous and reliable

· Must be computer literate and be able to navigate on-line portals.

Job Type: Full-time base pay is $13 per hour, plus commission.
