Overview:
Lifeway’s Marketing team seeks a Customer Data Coordinator | Remote to manage data for use by analysts. The Data Coordinator will play a critical role in organizing clean datasets as well as translating files into different formats for improved processing efficiency.

This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional
travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote

Responsibilities:
As a Customer Data Coordinator for our Marketing Insights & Analytics Team you will:
  • Collect, process (sort, update, merge), and manage a variety of quantitative and qualitative data sets or functional areas according to project specifications
  • Maintain and provide quality assurance for weekly, monthly, and quarterly data files for analysts using predefined SAS queries
  • Manage data integrations with business intelligence, CRM, and marketing platforms and document processes
  • Ensure data quality by evaluating data quality and performing data-cleaning operations including identification and merge duplicate records
  • Assist in the development, administration, and collection of forms
Qualifications:
  • Some college required, to include at least one information management, data analysis or statistics course
    • Related work experience may be considered to fulfill education requirement
  • 1 year experience with statistical computing and data management systems
  • Intermediate to Advanced level experience with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet application
  • Highly detail oriented and comfortable working with large volume of data
  • Problem solving and team collaboration skills
  • 1 year of experience SAS, Power BI, MicroStrategy, SPSS or similar, helpful but not required
