Job description

Marc David Homes is a smaller sized custom home builder focused on 10-15 large custom home projects per year in Douglas County, Central/South Denver, Parker and near surrounding areas with some larger remodels additions thrown in (if they are the right projects). Every project is extremely unique and requires highly competent project managers who have a great deal of knowledge and experience in all aspects of ground up high-end residential construction. Our office is located in downtown Castle Rock, but usually only meet there once a week for team meetings, customer meetings etc.

Ability to self manage, from excavation to closing, the construction of multiple million dollar + custom homes in Denver/Douglas County areas. Must have fantastic people skills, written and conversational, and a high technical knowledge in all facets of residential construction. At a minimum, 10-15 years managing custom home construction with a proven track record and references. Must be savvy in computer based project management software of some sort, technically advanced with smart phone use for project management, Dropbox style file management, email communications etc.

Work truck included if needed/wanted as part of overall compensation package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
