Job description

Responsible for maintaining Authority offices and dwelling and non-dwelling facilities in a clean and orderly manner. Performs a variety of tasks involving cleaning and maintaining buildings and grounds and performs other related duties as assigned for all managed properties.

• Clean office building, bathrooms, hallways, community rooms, laundry facilities and community room kitchens and vacant units in accordance with Agency standards
• Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors
• Cleans rugs and carpeted floors
• Washes and cleans windows, walls, ceiling, and fixtures
• Dust, cleans and/or polishes furniture, light fixtures
• Must be able to use electrical heavy powered vacuum, shampooer, scrubbers and buffers
• All other duties assigned
• This is not an exhaustive list of duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
