What will you be doing?

The Crew Members ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality guest service from ordering taking to table service. Crew Members work in the front of the house taking orders, running food orders, touching tables, cleaning tables and stocking areas.

What we're looking for:

Crew Members are responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences.

Cleans and stocks customer eating area(s), workstations, and equipment.

Welcome guests and help determine their orders.

Taking orders and making accurate changes quickly

Accept cash, or electronic pay accurately.

Record money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift.

Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers table in a timely manner.

Respond to guest inquiries, issue receipts, record customer suggestions, and be mindful of allergies or modifications requested.

Someone with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude

Someone that loves to help and serve others (both guests and team members)

Someone ready to learn how to cook (a lot or a little)

Help kitchen staff if needed.

Requirements:

Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

General knowledge and understanding of the food service / restaurant industry or retail operations preferred, but not required.

You must be at least 18 years old to work with us in this role

You must be authorized to work in the United States

You need to be able to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

You must be able to stand for extended periods of time and push/pull/lift 20+ pounds

Previous experience in a fast-casual food environment is a plus!

Must have or be able to take a food safety class, for responsible food handling practices. As well as a responsible alcohol vendors course.
