Key Responsibilities

• Reports to work on time and wears the proper or prescribed uniform
• Maintains a pleasant and friendly attitude both to customers and staff promoting an environment of teamwork and camaraderie
• Greets the customers with a smile creating a positive and lasting first impression of the company
• Guides the customers through the menu displaying strong knowledge of the products, acquires their orders and prepares beverages in compliance to all local requirements or laws.
• Collects payment from the customers in a professional manner and in accordance to established cash handling processes.
• Provides prompt response for guests throughout their visit
• Prepares all stock mix ingredients and liquor for the bar
• Communicates with the Bar or Duty Manager in relation to issues with stocks and bar resources
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas
• Resolves complaints at job level before escalating to Bar or Duty Manager
• Abide by the policies and standards as set out by the Employee Handbook
• Closes down the bar in an orderly manner placing storage items in order before leaving the premises
• Reports to bar or Duty Manager before ending shift or work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $500.00 - $2,000.00 per week
