Job description
- Collection of cash, tickets, and tokens from each slot machine, cashless wagering kiosk, parking kiosk, satellite banking kiosk, arcade games, and any other machine or revenue area as instructed and appropriate.
- Effectively perform the functions of counting, sorting, strapping, racking, transporting, and recording all funds in the count operation.
- Maintain proficiency in the operation of all programs and equipment used in the drop and count process.
- Ensure maintenance of a clean and organized count room.
- Ensure adequate cleaning and maintenance of all drop and count equipment.
- Produce and maintain accurate count team data.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.

- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year cash handling experience.
- Experience working in a similar resort setting.
- Gaming License.
- Working knowledge of 10-key and currency-counting equipment.
- General knowledge of mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms.
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
- Regularly scheduled hours
- Other – Must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of normal business hours.
- Must be able to unlock, lock, and transport can to and from the cart constantly for up to 5 hours.
- Must be able to stand and walk throughout the casino for 8 hours.
- Must be able to constantly bend, twist, and lift according to drop and/or process.
- Pull cash cans weighing 5-8 lbs., stack 6-10 or more cans at once vertically on your body then carry them to a cart to be loaded.
This position may require strenuous physical activities and exposure to pipe, cigar and/or cigarette smoking. An ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, weekends and holidays may also be required.
