We are looking to add more women to our team at Little Sycamore where we make raw stone jewelry with meaning

I will train you on all you need to know for the jewelry making, so no experience needed for that part of it.

But I need to find someone who is already talented at producing pretty video content. I want you to be able to creatively produce and post content on the @littlesycamore account of the behind the scenes of the jewelry making process while you work on the jewelry. For example: time lapse videos, step by step process videos, featuring different stones and info about them, showing the story behind what a jewelry piece represents to a customer, etc.
All can be done from a phone camera... but I would like you to have a good eye for pretty angles, have a good aesthetic, know how to find unique and pretty light, editing videos to sync to music beats and adding text to it, splicing clips together in upbeat captivating instagram reels and tiktoks.

Hired as a subcontractor. $16/hour. You determine your own hours & schedule. Part time or full time, whatever works best for you. You can always take off as much time as you'd like. Very flexible schedule.

Most hours spent at home. With one in-person office day per week in Fallbrook.

Note: Because I know a lot of moms may be applying- in case it's helpful info I want to mention that if you have kiddos at home the type of work doesn't work well while taking care of kids. So the work will need to be done during nap-times, after bed, or while they're at school. But it IS a perfect momma job for something you're able to fit into the cracks of mom life, and getting to work while staying home in your pajamas while watching netflix :)
