We are a high-end residential construction company located in West Falmouth, MA looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. You will lead & manage the on-site construction team and oversee all work on site. The Construction Site Supervisor will work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and clients. A top candidate will be proactive and perform well under pressure and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The Construction Site Supervisor will also have the ability to operate construction equipment and tools and assist with skilled labor where necessary.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Use project scope of work to determine and define the best plan to complete each task effectively.Attend Production Meetings
• Adhere to work schedules, become familiar with, and follow budgets
• Prep construction site, load/unload construction materials, assemble/disassemble temporary structures
• Outstanding organizational Skills, proficient with scheduling, materials purchasing, Project progress and budgets
• Maintain our commitment to excellence and high standards
• Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
• Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors and suppliers.

Experience:

• +5 years of experience working in new construction, historical preservation and renovation of residential homes with projects ranging from $500,00 to $15,000,000.
• Valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License or ability to obtain is desired
• High School diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree is a plus!

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of construction documents and ability to read plans
• Proven ability to lead a team, while delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction for demanding clients.
• Deep knowledge of industry safety practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and decision-making skills
• Professionalism in manner and attire.
• Detail-oriented
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, push and pull heavy items on a regular basis, stoop, kneel, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
