We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our diverse and creative team. This is a full-time, long-term, salaried position.
As construction project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction phase of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ability to communicate and work effectively with others including co-workers, clients, and subconsultants is essential.

Your Responsibilities
- Project Planning - You will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and plans. They must ensure that all project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and owners, are aware of the project timeline and budget.
- Project Coordination - You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subconsultants, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are managed effectively. This includes coordinating schedules, managing subconsultants, and monitoring progress.
- Construction Administration - You will be responsible for administering construction contracts, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulations. You must also manage change orders and oversee the preparation of construction documents.
- Quality Control - You must ensure that all work is completed to high standards of quality. You must inspect work sites, review plans and specifications, and oversee testing and inspection of materials to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Safety Compliance - You must ensure that safety remains a priority for the team during construction. All work must be performed safely, and that all workers follow safety procedures and protocols. You must also ensure that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and used safely.
- Communication - You must communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including owners, architects, contractors, and subconsultants. You must provide regular progress reports, manage change orders, and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Resource Management - You must also manage budgets and track expenses.
- Risk Management - You must identify and mitigate risks, such as delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards. You must develop contingency plans and manage risk throughout the project.

- Degree in construction management or similar OR five (5) years of direct experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Experience in managing a construction project.
