Construction Project Manager
Job description
Rapidly growing Construction Company based in Long Beach is seeking a Project Manager with experience in Civil Construction. Candidate must possess the skill-set required to manage multiple projects from start to finish. Heavy Civil - Excavation, grading, demolition, concrete and asphault work.
Must meet the following requirements:
- Sales, Estimating, Planning, Performing work and Job Closeouts
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with owners, subcontractors and on-site crew.
- Must be able to maintain accurate and organized documentation such as contracts, cost reports, change orders, etc.
- Must have strong written/verbal skills.
- Understanding of construction procedures and project/material management principles.
- Intermediate accounting knowledge and the importance for accuracy.
- Must understand importance of key items such as safe completion of projects and staying within budget and schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
