A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

In this construction management position, you play a vital role in leading crews to success. You diligently oversee operations by managing detailed project schedules, estimating costs, completing reports, and taking responsibility for the planning, safety, and success of each job. By maintaining open, daily communication with field staff, clients, and senior management you're able to effectively regulate projects and gauge any potential hang-ups. QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager for a general contracting company
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in construction management, OR equivalent experience
• Ability to read and interpret plans, details, and specifications
• Computer competency including estimating, Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and industry-specific software
• Must have some experience in concrete construction
