The Compounding/Pre-weigh Technician will be responsible for pre-weighing and compounding batches on a daily basis to meet the Production scheduled requirements. This position will be responsible for weighing raw materials, batching batches, and sampling.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Follow production batching schedule to meet the daily batching goal
• Handle raw materials safety according to the safety data sheets.
• Batching and mixing raw materials in the form of powder and liquid per written manufacturing procedures.
• Report and document weights, lot#, and expiration date accurately.
• Ability to understand SOP’s and FDA regulations
• Follow cGMP and GDP guidelines
• Support other departments as needed

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Attention to detail is essential
• Basic math skills required
• Working experience in manufacturing
• FDA and GMP working experience preferred
