Position Overview:

The Company Store Cashier (CSC) is responsible for checking out customer’s merchandise through the POS registers. They perform various Customer Service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care and being knowledgeable on products. The CSC must be available to work varies shifts Thursday- Sunday, typically between the hours of 12pm-9pm.

Working Relationships:

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Taproom Operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate a cash register using correct scan or ring method
• Accurately describe beverages produced at Two Roads
• Required to be directly involved in Co. Store operations including handling customer transactions, stocking shelves, and all other daily operations
• Manage customer service matters – promptly respond or manage the response to customer communications as well as both soliciting feedback and remaining proactive in areas of improving service
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Weekend availability is required
• Willingness to do campus tours

Skills Abilities & Personal Characteristics:

• Must be 18+ years of age; 21+ preferred
• Work varying shifts dependent on operational needs of the brewery. Weekend and evening shifts are required
• Willing to be on feet for an extended period of time
• Ability to actively move about, bend, lift, and carry up to 40 lbs

Environmental Conditions:

While performing the duties of this position, the Company Store Associate will be required to go out on the production floor and may be exposed to inside and outside environmental conditions, including but not limited to; extreme heat, potential for physical injury, exposure to hot fluids, pressurized vessels and transfer lines, strong odors, chemicals, loud regular noise, extreme heights, and moving machinery.
