Who we are
Flagship Insurance Services is a growing, multi-line, independent insurance agency seeking an experienced commercial lines Account Service Representative. This position is responsible for working with our agents and providing excellent service to our commercial clients in multiple states. We have a flexible work schedule with hybrid and remote opportunities. Physical offices in Shakopee and Winsted, MN. We are an innovative, technology-driven agency focusing on client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Who we need
Candidates must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and possess excellent customer service skills. You will maintain accurate records of all policy and client account transactions. This individual must be an organized, detail-oriented self-starter and an expert multi-tasker. Experience with EZ Lynx software and Microsoft based computer systems is a plus.
What you will do
- Service our commercial lines clients, including but not limited to: issue COIs, process billing and payments, process claims, answer policy questions, process change requests, navigate multiple carrier websites
- Support our commercial lines Producers, including but not limited to: assist with writing new business and processing renewals, maintain account and policy info within management system.
- Work with leadership to establish and improve best practices for running our business, enabling growth, and fostering our culture
What you will bring
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Assess service needs and be highly responsive to inquiries
- Balance multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to utilize resources for problem solving
- Licensed as a MN Property & Casualty agent (required)
- 3 years of insurance experience (preferred)
- 2 years of commercial lines CSR work (preferred)
