Boulevard Tire Center is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager at our Miami, FL location.

JOB SUMMARY: Assist the manager with supervision and coordination of personnel and activities within the store to include by not limited to accounting, purchasing and administration of company policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Work directly with the Store Manager and other sales personnel to insure sales goals are achieved.
• Assists in direct counter sales and other areas, as needed.
• Works with manager to ensure that safety regulations are followed within the store.
• Maintains current knowledge of all company products, services and prices and works with Manager to ensure all employees utilize such knowledge.
• Works with manager to maintain store's internal and external appearance.
• Administers opening and closing procedures, when required.
• Assumes management responsibilities when manager is unavailable, including supervision of shop personnel.
• Bring ideas and solutions to meetings and shares manager techniques with the team.
• Ability to motivate and build a team atmosphere.
• Identify the need for disciplinary action and inform manager.
• Maintain appropriate work order and open order status.

• Must be comfortable working in varying temperature conditions.
• Must be comfortable working with co-workers and public contact.
• Must have full body mobility and be able to twist, turn, bend at the waist, and squat.
• Must be able to stand 8 hours continuously and daily
