We are looking for a Collections Manager to join our team at our office located in Bensalem PA. If you have previous experience managing a team of collectors and looking for a unique opportunity in the Alternative Finance Industry, we want to hear from you!

The Collections Manager will manage the collections efforts while adhering to all processes and policies. This individual will be hands on in the role and will collaborate cross functionally across multiple departments. Job responsibilities are managing and motivating a team of collectors responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payment for overdue advances, or other payments. The Collections Manager will make decisions to minimize risk and ensure timely collections. The individual must be persistent and professional, with a thorough understanding of how to use the phone system and computer software related to the job. While they should be courteous and understanding in dealing with both employees and external customers, they will also need to be assertive from time to time.

Qualities you should possess are strong management skills, ability to motivate, organizational skills, strong work ethics within a call center setting, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and good time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1+ years of management experience in a collection’s environment strongly preferred.

Ability to commute: Bensalem, PA 19020
