We are actively searching for an experienced and energetic individual to become Coach Check On-Call of Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco!

The Role - Overview
This role will serve guest needs by providing attentive and professional service when checking and retrieving guest personal items

Essential Functions
This list is not all –inclusive and should only be used as an overview of all actual responsibility.

• Properly prepare coat check equipment such as: tickets and hangers

• Assist guests with checking their coats or other belongings in a professional and courteous manner

• Provide guest directions on where their function is taking place

Qualifications & Experience

• Viable candidates must have 1 year of customer service experience.

• Excellent organizational skills are required .

• High school or equivalent education is required .

• Scheduling is based on business need, position is expected to work 0 - 40 hours per week. Full flexibility to work all shifts, weekends or holidays required .
